Better Together: Sign-Up Form for Official Sunday Concurrent Small Group Sessions

On Sunday, April 9, 2006, there will be two sets of concurrent small group sessions covering four topics from  1:15-2:45 p.m. and 3:00-4:30 p.m. at the Cerritos Library.  Each participant will be able to attend sessions on two topics. Preregistration is required as space is limited.

Please use this form to give us your first, second, third and fourth choices for topics.

NOTE: Your topics and times will be on your conference badge. You are signing up for BOTH sessions (1:15 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.) on this form.
